1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver all over Bangladesh.

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Delivery time may vary during public holidays or special circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60–৳80

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120–৳150

Shipping charge may vary depending on product size, weight, or promotional offers.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation call or message before shipment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service all over Bangladesh.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may contact our support team to track your order status.

6. Delivery Delays

LevelWearBD is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Courier service issues

  • Incorrect address or phone number

7. Failed Delivery

If the customer refuses to receive the parcel without valid reason, future orders may require advance payment.
