1. Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that are damaged by the customer, used, or altered are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed products

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Customized or special order products

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank/Cash on Delivery adjustment).

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size change, color change, etc.), the customer will bear the return delivery charge.

  • Product Name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo (if damaged/defective)
